indoors

how can i be ok indoors, i'm running out of distractions that work. i am lacking a reason which isn't uncommon right now but i was struggling before and now i have nothing to get up for. i want to go to the library for no reason or get on the metro or walk the long way home.

If you're looking for a distraction which includes reading then the Open University is doing lots of free courses https://www.open.edu/openlearn/free-courses There is a massive range of courses so you might find something you like the look of and there's no pressure you can just do them in your own time and if you decide you don't fancy it you can always switch to something different.
I think BBC Bitesize is also doing some good stuff too https://www.bbc.co.uk/bitesize
