It's hard sometimes to get privacy when everyone in your household is home all the time.
The privacy to do your own thing without being disturbed or everyone listening in. Or just to have some quiet time to yourself.

Do you experience the same feeling? What do you find the most difficult? And what tips and tricks do you use to find a little privacy?

Put in headphones to block out the sound. And tell the other people in your house not to disturb you as you're working and need to concentrate. If that doesn't work, place a sign on your door that tells people not to disturb you x

I second headphones to block out noise!

Everyone in my house has a room to go to and a door open is an invitation to come talk and hang because it can get lonely.
But a closed door people will knock if they really need something but leave you alone it's vital to get some alone time during all of it :)

The thing I have difficulties with is calling without them hearing it. If someone is in another room with all the doors closed you can still hear it. My therapist wants to videocall soon but my family doesn't know what happend to me so I can't talk freely about it.

I thought about going in the car somewhere, because I need to plug my phone in. But I don't know what platform they want to use. I need WiFi I think. My signal is low in the corner furthest away from my bedroom door. Some of my family works downstairs but some work upstairs. I can't think of any room where they won't hear me yet, even if I tell them to stay out. I need this therapy badly and it stresses me out that I might not be able to get it during this time.

Yeah being in the house all the time hard to feel refreshed and get some time to be on your own. As for tricks idk just be in bedroom i guess lol. Or when im on my laptop for work I don't get disturbed as much especially when I look busy.
