@GreenTea That depends, what colour is it going? Darker, lighter etc. :)

I'm pretty sure that's to do with how much you're watering it, it may be you're giving it too much water or not enough. I may be wrong though :)

Yeah I can see it. As far as I'm aware, when yellow appears on a plant, it's to do with waterΒ

My instinct was going to be that discolouration is due to lack of sunlight, but if you're keeping it outside I guess that doesn't make much sense! @MountainPeak you may be right with water. :)

Do you know the name of the exact species? It might be worth looking online for a care sheet for it and seeing if there's anything you need to be doing differently.

My plant knowledge is super limited I'm afraid, unless you have a question about aquatic plants.

You can see if you're watering enough by sticking your finger in the soil, if it is still moist then the plant has enough water. Does the plant sit in direct sunlight? My plant turned yellow when it was. I'm going to try and see if I can find the species of your tree

I would say it would be down to lack of sunlight, but I managed to kill my cactus by overwatering it so maybe don’t take advice from me πŸ˜‚

I haven't done a plant check this morning. I just kept referring to it as a Christmas tree!
