As long as you are doing all the right things, it is not selfish at all.
Everyone deserves to enjoy Christmas or a day of happiness doing the things they enjoy at least
So now I'm pretty much stuck at home, trying my best not to panic as much cos it's reopening a lot of health-related anxiety.

I fully agree with @Brookee in this case. It is a difficult situation to navigate but you have to think about where you would be most comfortable and where you could access everything you need
