Washing your hands the NHS recommended way

Could coronavirus be spreading on banknotes Heres

  1. Wet hands with water
  2. Apply enough soup to cover all hand surfaces
  3. Rub hands palm to palm
  4. Rub back of eachhand with palm of other hand with fingers interlaced
  5. Rub palm to palm with fingers interlaced
  6. Rub with back of fingers to opposing palms with fingers interlocked
  7. Rub each thumb clasped in opposite hand using a rotational movement
  8. Rub tips of fingers in opposite palm in a circular motion
  9. Rub each wrist with opposite hand
  10. Rinse hands with water
  11. Use elbow to turn off tap
  12. Dry thoroughly with a single-use towel
  13. Hand washing should take 15-30 seconds

    Sing happy birthday song twice to Washing your hands and that's the time recommended. Also if you stamp your hand and at the end of the day the stamp is still there, you aren't washing your hand enough

    I am adjusting to it. I used to only wash my hands fast and when I needed it because it made my eczema return. I don't know the birthday song lol, so I just count 20 seconds

    Made up my own version of a well known tik-tok for hand washing  (with soap or gel if you take away the last three lines.) And no I don't really have covid-19.

    I never used to washy my hands with soap really but now I have got into a habit of washing hands when I go to the toilet

    hey mike any adivice if your allergic to some handwash?

    This is a very good way of handwashing (obviously considering it is even recommended by the NHS) but an event better method is 'the surgeon's handwashing'.
