    I have found grounding techniques very helpful with this :) my fav's are popping candy, breathing exercises and writing :) do you have any?

    I agree with bubbles grounding techniques are good. Do you have anything that has helped you in the past?

    Sometimes I think that it would hav been better if they got away with murder than sexual assault. 
    I don't like popping sweets it makes ur ears go wierd for hours haha
    I went to New leaf, tlkn therapy not helpd, nearly at end of drama therapy it's helpful but nearly over
    Any ideas wat to do when I have no help available?

    Do you have a good support system around you, like friends and family, I find that's important. 

    Have you looked into woman's aid? They've put me through various therapys over the past 5/6 years and they don't leave you until you want to or are ready which is comforting, I've found them very useful 😊
