can ppl use physical trauma rather the mental abuse

do the perpartrators think theyve accomplished something once its come to an end

once it is quiet has it truly ended

Or is it mind messed up forever. I get insulted by a director recently n because he says it harshly it sticks in my mind

Hi @ellie2000, I don’t think I can answer all those questions but they’re all valid. I don’t think your mind is messed up because you’ve been through trauma. 

Do you want to talk a bit more about what happened with this director? What did they say?

I make a mistake n he replies with 'you c_nt or tw_t!!!! In abrupt manner. Then I run away n I don't appear for days. I suggested he used the word 'bellend' coz it's less harsh
