    Something small but meaningful, well it's not that small but in the grand scheme of things it is haha, this machine/medicine/antidote has saved my life on many occasions, at the time I hated it but now I'm okay about it I think (wait, does that mean I'm not actively suicidal? )

    With everything that's gone on I'd forgotten about this thread 🙈

    Item on my wishlist - more sequin art, used to love these growing up and found out they do adult ones 👌 makes a difference from colouring 🤷

    Posting this a day early! 

    Day 27 - favourite Christmas gift - these egg-free Christmas cupcakes! I've hidden the last two from my family so I can eat them later on this week!

    Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤

    Aftermath - the period that follows an 'unpleasant' event ..  in this case it means the after effects of Christmas 😊

    I love all of my presents that I got.This is the number 1 favourite though. In case anyone doesn't have an idea what it is, it is a mermaid blanket and the sequins change colour when you move your hand up or down on it.

    I thought 2019 had been a crappy year, but looking through the photos I've taken it ain't been all bad 👌 I couldn't pic just one so here's 3 😂
    This one is when J came to stay for a week, we both struggle with an eating disorder and this photo basically says fuck you to ed's, eating ice cream and walking along the sea front just talking about life 😊 there was plenty of challenges food wise when she came, but we conquered them all 💖


    Pride 👍my first pride was amazing! Great company, great atmosphere and alcohol 


    My first time in London when I went to the awards ceremony for work 👌 was a short visit but saw so much and its something I'll never forget 😊
