    Hey Ellie,

Is there any other adults around for you to speak to about this person?

Sometimes having some other support can help you deal with somebody who is making you not feel very nice.

Sending hugs, we are here for you

It's understandable, once we have experienced something which has coursed us to feel a different emotion when your in there it will be hard to go back in. Like what @Stephanie said is there anyone you could talk to? Or even any like a technique such as the grounding tool or listening to music? People have found stress toys and balls to help.

    Grounding tool
    5 things you can see
    4 you can hear
    3 things you can smell
    2 thing you can taste
    1 thing you can touch.

    Hey @ellie2000

Just wanted to check in and see how things have been since you started this thread?

Singing is a great way to distract yourself in situations. Even if its quietly to yourself or repeating lyrics over and over to yourself in your head. The playlist challenge has just created a playlist based on education and going back into studies. I will link to the playlist here

Keep reaching out to us we are her for you.
