This week, we are doing the 3 positive thoughts a day challenge. The aim is simple, for you to share three positive thoughts/things that you have thought about each day this week. They can be as big or as small as you like
Interestingly, there is some thinking that this can help you gain focus and clarity by actually writing the positive things down, as it is natural for our minds to forget about these things when facing negative thoughts. By writing them down, it helps your mind remember, plus, you'll have a whole thread of positivity to lean on .
Finally, a bonus challenge - why not have a go at visualising your 3 positive thoughts, this could be through drawing, scribbling or some pictures for example. If you have some spare time, get creative and share with us below
