There's been a few technical issues with the referral forms for telephone and webchat counselling. If you've applied within the last few weeks and haven't heard back yet, please call our helpline on 0808 808 4994 for an update on your application.

It's still only open to those aged 18 and under I'm afraid.

I've just spoken to the counselling team and they are actually now accepting referrals for over 18s. It's not something we're advertising on the website yet, but we will be updating it soon. Web chat counselling is currently closed at the moment but it should be opening again in a few weeks time. I'll let you know when they are open again
