Hey everyone,

Web-chat and telephone counselling have opened again. You can complete the self-referral form online here - https://www.themix.org.uk/get-support/speak-to-our-team/the-mix-counselling-service

You read more about our counselling services over on our website. Follow the link above :)  

The form will be closing at the end of this week so make sure to sign up quickly. Let me know if you have any questions about anything :)

    There's been a few technical issues with the referral forms for telephone and webchat counselling. If you've applied within the last few weeks and haven't heard back yet, please call our helpline on 0808 808 4994 for an update on your application.

    I've just spoken to the counselling team and they are actually now accepting referrals for over 18s. It's not something we're advertising on the website yet, but we will be updating it soon. Web chat counselling is currently closed at the moment but it should be opening again in a few weeks time. I'll let you know when they are open again :)
