    Appointment went well. All healing well. Note to self is to not listen to professionals who are not specialised in the injury because they will over egargrate and say my arm could fall off 😅
    Now a four hour journey home

    It is really good to hear you are managing to keep yourself distracted at the moment. What are your favourite ways to stay distracted? Mine has to be watching TV and listening to music!

    Aww, I love snow! But I can imagine it's not quite as fun when you're out and about in it. Hopefully, you can enjoy it from indoors now :3

    @Zay I'm really sorry that this has turned out the way it has, but I'm really proud of you for taking your own stand, and know your worth more than his actions! It sounds really distressing for you, and I just want to remind you that his actions are not a reflection on you, or who you are, you deserve a lot better. It's okay to feel what you're feeling, and know that time really does heal everything (I know it's cliché, but it really is the best way). We're always here for you, and I'm really proud of you for doing what was best for you and your mental health in a time where it's been difficult! <3

    @Zay Of course! You really do deserve all the love and kindness this world can offer you. You are most certainly good enough! Other people's actions are not a reflection on you, it says a lot more about them as individuals than it does you. That seems really hard, and I hear you, but that again, says so much more about them than you. It shows that you're kind and giving and loving, and they're all incredible qualities to have. I know it can feel awful when someone uses these qualities against you, but honestly, it just shows that these people aren't right for you, and aren't worth your time or love. That's okay, you're always entitled to feel how you feel, and when you've been through this several times, it's no wonder you feel this way. Of course, you do what's best for you, things often come around when we're least expecting it, and I think it's really commendable that you're bouncing back from this in a way that's best for you. Remember to be kind to yourself, you've been through a lot, and you're doing the best you can right now, and that's incredible in itself! <3

    I am really sorry to hear this. It sounds really frustrating. Have you tried to tell your dad how you are feeling and ask him why he is not giving it back to you?

    I am really sorry to hear this was the response. Though, it is understandable too. Your dad is trying to protect you and wants you to be with the right person when the time comes. Your dad does not want to see you hurt.

    Hurting cannot be a reason to take away your phone and rights though. Hopefully, your dad will come back around when he has processed what has happened and your response. When you turn 18, you will have all the legal rights of an adult! Keep doing what is best for you :)
