    Feel so awful right now. Not coping. Police got called on me last night and I had to face my fear of the hospital. I still don't really feel okay in any sense... just feel like there's just more empty promises. Didn't feel safe last night tbh.

    Ugh why is everything so much effort. Pharmacist said need antibiotics and said to ring gp to ask. Gp said to ring 111 but no that’s as far as I go with trying lol. Back to bed

    Ugh I’ve been doing so well but today I just feel like hiding and crying all day. I’m trying not to because it was only yesterday that someone said they’d noticed a massive difference in me in a positive way lately lol.
