the biggest shock/achievement/story?
When England fail to qualify for the Euro2008 or when Scotland do?
We all know that the BBC news will be full of England this, England that but I reckon the Scotland story is bigger (And that's no only because I am Scottish!)
Stuck in a group with the current World Champions (Italy), the current World Cup runner ups (France) and World Cup quarter finalists (Ukraine) whilst England has to be said on paper had possibily the easiest group.
Scotland beating France home and away. Beating Ukraine at home. Sure we've screwed up on a couple of should've wons but we are still sitting in a nice position.
If you was to take a totally neutralistic view at it is the Scotland story bigger than the England one?
