this is a difficult question for me to ask, but, a hell of a lot of people seem to reccomend counselling as being a way of helping you get through your problems. - which i agree it probably is, if the resources for it are avaliable. but i was wondering... how many of you are in counselling?! (- presumably if you are in it, you're finding it helpful.) so just wondering...
