BBC Stories - Do you use alcohol as a coping strategy?

TheMixTheMix Posts: 3,328 Boards Guru
Hey everyone,

BBC Stories are producing a video about how alcohol is used to self-medicate mental health issues. They are looking for young people who have used alcohol as a coping strategy for their mental health problems.

They are interested in hearing from people who use alcohol to calm their nerves before a social event, or those who feel they need it when they are feeling stressed, sad, need to sleep etc.

If you're interested in talking about your experience confidentiality over the phone and appearing in this video, comment below or send us a PM and we can put you in touch with the BBC team. :)

All the best,

- Aife & Mike
