Hey folks,
Some psychology students at Exeter University are doing some research on how diverse ethnic groups may have different levels of mental wellbeing. If you'd like to take part, you can take ten minutes to fill out their anonymous questionnaire.
While there's nothing really heavy or blatantly triggering in there, it does involve talking about your experiences with depression, anxiety, and some other things. In any case, take care of yourself if you decide to take part.
