Hey everyone,
BBC Stories are creating a new Facebook series and are looking to speak to people who would be up for answering some simple questions around mental health by recording themselves on their phone.
The first questions they have are around how friends, family and strangers can say something helpful to a person with a mental illness. Questions will include: What’s the most helpful thing anyone ever said to you and what would you advise to others? What’s the most unhelpful/ hurtful thing you’ve been asked or told?
If the films are used they will be on BBC Stories on Facebook, YouTube and the BBC Website. Unfortunately, they cannot promise they will include everyone or guarantee your selfie films will be used.
