    hello! My name is Alex and I am 15. I'm not really sure how to use this website yet?? but I'm sure I'll get the hang of it eventually. I've been struggling lately with my anxiety so I have absolutely no idea how to talk to people, but I'm hope that by using this site I might learn how to.

    Welcome! Here on the boards you can talk about anything that you are going through, which may be your anxiety, and get advice and support from members of the community. It's a great space to talk so hopefully we can help you with that. If you have any questions about what you should say, feel free to check out our Help Desk section, where you can create a thread with your question and people will answer it for you.     Hi I'm Amanda I'm 23 with a young daughter I'm married but I'm engaged to someone else,I am seeing a IP therapist weekly. I am on a 4 month course for level 2 mental health awareness.

    Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤

    Howdy, I'm Keira and I'm 15. I'm a bit of a nerd, I love science and books and gaming but I also love music and listen to it a lot. From an early age I've always wanted to be a psychiatrist but now, especially with my personal experience, I want to become an advocate as well to raise awareness. I am very passionate about ethical issues, such as LGBT rights and debating moral dilemmas. I don't know how to end this except thank you to anyone who read this ❤

    Hi! I'm Sabrina, and I'm new to the forums. I'm 22 years old and love to write and draw. I'm totally crazy about Canada. I love Canadian TV shows, Canadian films, Canadian geography, Canadian food, and even Canadian artists/writers. I also love Canada's leader, Justin Trudeau. I think he's hot. :love::blush::heart: :flirt: 🇨🇦

    In case you're wondering why I'm so crazy about Canada, I did visit it last year. It was in February, so it was freezing cold. But I enjoyed every minute of it! :eek: :)

    I want to go back to Canada again, preferably in the summer, and I even want to live there. :d

    Hi, I'm Lizzie..

    I'm 21 years old and I think I'm suffering from anxiety and depression. This is all so new to me and I have only recently accepted what is going on with me and has been since I was about 13 years old when my uncle committed suicide. I'm not sure how I'm supposed to cope with all of this... Any advice would be great x
