I think I'm at crisis point and there's no one to talk to. I don't know what to do other than the wrong choices.

Sorry for the late reply, this was posted quite late last night, how are you doing now? If you are struggling and do want someone to talk to, have you thought about contacting Samaritans? They're a confidential service who are open 24/7 - So you can reach out to them whenever you want really. Would you like to talk to us a bit more about what's going on for you at the moment?
I often find when I'm struggling really late at night distracting myself away from my thoughts really helps me, for example trying to focus on a book that's really interestiing, or even mindfulness, which is focussing on you, how your body feels, etc. Have you been able to speak to anyone this morning?
Just noticed you were new the boards, just wanted to say really, warm welcome to TheSite.org message boards, and well done for being able to reach out to us. Have you apporach your GP about these feelings before? - Often your GP can suggest support, for example referring you into counselling - Or even giving you the option of medication.
