You know Halloween is approaching when skeletons and "enter if you dare" signs start appearing, or is that just where I get my hair chopped off?

What are you planning to do this week? Are you buying anything to give to children who knock on your door asking for treats? Are you making music, or doing anything sporty? Tell us your plan for this week.

    Running club on Thursday. No idea about the rest of the week. Apart from trying to find a marathon training partner.
