Our friends at vInspired have realised that a lot of people are generally feeling pretty stressed, so are running a #skipthestress campaign. The idea is to talk about was to de-stress and as part of this they’ve asked us to create a stress busting playlist.

Rudimental- feel the love. It's just such a happy upbeat song and it makes me smile. But I have lots of songs that I listen to when I feel stressed.
