I'm curious, does the online nature of the site mean that the vast majority of staff and volunteers work from home with only core staff in the office?

Good question
Generally speaking, volunteers work from home and staff from the office. We like to make volunteer opportunities available to people from all over the country, so most of the roles we offer are online-only. On the other hand, it's helpful for staff to be in one place.
