Hi all, sorry for disappearing for 18 months...been on a rollercoaster. Unfortunately, I'm slipping back into a "depressive" / "anxious" state and felt the need to reconnect with people who "get it" and don't make me feel inadequate for feeling this way...

    Thanks guys :-) Ah you know me...never stop! Graduated from uni, qualified as a group fitness instructor, work full time in HR whilst teaching two regular classes a week plus cover! And studying for the equivalent to another undergrad degree and another course so I can train to teach fitness to kids..oh and looking to change career and start teacher training...!!! Sooo I don't sleep often :-) what's new with you???
