Times on posts one hour behind

I've noticed this for a while now.

When I post a reply at a certain time, the time it says is one hour behind the actual time.

Eg. In the screenshot, I sent these replies about 10am, yet they state 9am (ish).

If you go to your user settings, click on the account tab and select the 'account for DST' option it'll be reet
