i hope I didn't offend her on facebook

I sent my ex-coworker a text recently asking if I could add her on Facebook. She texted back and said yes but please respect her privacy. A few hours later, we re friends on facebook. Things went well and a few days ago, we ain t friends ne more.
She sent me a facebook message: "Hey sry I can't see your post. Did you unfriend me? lol! Just got back from out of town. Heck, gotta get ready for work. Take care girl friend
"
I replied that I never unfriended her. "I honestly don t know what happened. lol I need to add you back. I m so sorry. This is embarrassing lol. Well done worrying now haha." I also said I must ve pushed wrong button and that I initially thought she had unfriended me.
I sent her a new friend request that she never accepted. Her only reply was "That s ok. I nvr get on Facebook anyway! Friend has procedure tomorrow. You enjoy ur day."
Now I m terrified that I offended her. idk how to cope.
