I was wondering how you knew if you might have sun poisoning? What are some of the symtoms? If you do, what should you do about it? What kind of medical treatment or whatever should you get for it?

I'm not sure. Is there a difference?
Major symptoms and signs
The victim appears flushed;
restless:
pulse is very strong;
breathing is deep and noisy;
skin is burning hot;
headache;
muscle cramps and twitching;
distress over the heart;
sweating may be diminished;
distress over stomach region.
I have about two of those symptoms. I kind of have the distress over the stomach region and kinda of have heavy breathing, but not a lot, only a little bit, which the heavy breathing could be coming from the combination of me smoking and my asthma and that my asthma is working up because of the excess smoking I have been doing tonight, but don't know for sure.
Not really sure if I might just be getting a cold or the flu or if I have sun poisoning/heat stroke. Don't really know and am kind of scared about the whole thing.
Actually poisioning the skin would probably be more like skin cancer?
Thank you. I think that might have helped a bit on my question.
Once again, thank you.

Thanks for the link. I read over it and don't think that I have skin cancer. Hope so anyways.
Will maybe update my symptoms or whatever later on today or sometime really soon.
