Ok, need all u guys (and gals) advice on this one cos im confused as hell!
Started going out with this girl at work a week ago and everything was fine at first. I met her parents and sister and we got along fine. Then one night i walked her home from the cinema and we were talking etc etc and next time we look at the clock we realise its approaching 1am!
Anyway, her parents have gone bed, having seemingly forgotten im there, and she doesnt want me to walk home at that time in the morning so she gets a sleeping bag and I prepare to bunk down on the floor then sneak out in the morning.
So im in the sleeping bag and her mum walks in, orders me out of the house (which 2 b fair she had every rite 2), and ever since then my gf has been really off with me and obviously her house is off-limits even tho it was plainly obvious that we werent gona have sex due to my presence on the floor. I saw her the next day and she got really upset saying she wasnt sure she was ready for a proper relationship or if it was worth the hassle (im her first bf) in the end we decide to technically carry on going out but lay off the usual bf/gf stuff until she gets her head straight, which im perfectly comfortable with.
She also got really upset over something that has been going on 4 a couple of years, she wouldnt tell me what cos she was afraid itd change my opinion of her as it has every1 else who knows.
As I said shes been off with me since. every time i try and talk to her it seems like she cant wait to get away from me and when i txt her she never replies.
She was talking to another bloke from work yesterday and they were flirting a bit, which i also dont mind cos i trust her, so i said i was gonna start getting a bit worried about them as a joke. I was laughing so it was obvious I was joking. Neway, she thought I was trying to say I didnt trust her which is wrong and ive told her that a dozen times but she wont listen.
Ive sent her a few txts since then and she hasnt replied to any of them.
Im starting to wonder if maybe shes doing this on purpose so ill end it, or maybe it has something to do with this thing that has been going on 4 2 years.
Im just really confused and dont know what to do.
btw. shes 16 and im 18.

1) She is scared to death of losing you because that has happened before with her friends when they heard about this mysterious thing. She doesn't know how to act with you, because ur her first bf and shes scared of doing the wrong thing with you. She is pushing you away without realising it, and now it's gone so far she doesnt know what to do to get you back.
2) She has listened to her parents. She has thought to herself, 'maybe he is a bad influence' (or whatever) and feels it's too much hassle to cope with both you and her parents. She wants to finish it but because ur her first bf she doesnt know how. She's hoping u will do the honour rather than her having to do it.
dont worry about it too much m8... if in doubt send her a text which makes you sound so sad and pathetic that she HAS to text back - if she doesnt then u no shes a bitch... sorted! <IMG alt="image" SRC="smile.gif" border="0">

UPDATE: Me and Mrs X have broken up. She said that at the moment she only wanted me as a v. good mate which is fair enuff cos being single is sooo much easier.
Maybe another day but not at the moment, I believe were pretty much her exact words.
Ah well, me thinks me is gonna go out and get drunk at the end of the week!
