What newspapers do you read, and why?

I read The Sun (mindless shite I know), and sometimes The Scotsman.

You?

Yep, cutting edge journalism at it's finest. Always a joy to read about who's cat's gone missing or what school got it's windows smashed :thumb:

You mean to say you don't read this fine publication, Ninja? :p

Read the Daily Mirror mainly each day and the sun sometimes and our local papers that are out once a week, two of them i read.

On sundays i read all the papers when im working because they get lots of papers in and i take a read through them all when its not busy.

I guess I read the metro most often, mainly because its free, not because its any good.
I find the 'red tops' depressing, its a sad thing that The Sun is the best selling paper, good its loosing numbers though.

As for proper papers, I always buy the Independant on Sunday, and the journalism in the Telegraph is second to none for during the week.

I get most of my news from Radio Four though.

I don't read papers. I read the local telegraph if there's something relevant to me in there, but otherwise I can't be arsed.

The Guardian, once a week on a Wednesday, for the Society section (health and social care rather than "who is who" kinda Society!!)

I also read the Washington Star, which is our local paper.

We used to get the Express, but it turned into utter shite when the bloke who owns Ok! Magazine bought it.
