Why?

Former MemberFormer Member Posts: 1,876,323 The Mix Honorary Guru
Why in the seven hells does nowhere sell just a NORMAL pair of denim jeans. I dont want this worn down or flarey or weird patterns look. I just want to buy a normal pair of blue jeans! They dont seem to exist in my town anymore! And another thing. Why are all the shirts made to look like they need ironing. Blah its all so shitey.

for a basic pair of jeans, tescos ones for £7 are good quality, they dont have a label on them so noone would know they were from tescos, theyre just normal jeans, and the denim is quite good quality too. you could do worse.

I kinda know what you mean... especially in places like River Island where it's actually quite hard to tell the difference between the menswear and the womenswear! There's got to be a shop that sells normal jeans where you live somewhere? If you honestly can't find anything try going to another town or something.

'Normal' jeans aren't in fashion anymore, crushed shirts are.

    Simple really :/

yeah, but surely people should be able to buy basic clothes - not everyone wants to be a fashion victim.

They can from Tesco etc. like you said.

You can't possibly expect fashionable shops to sell clothes that aren't actually in fashion anymore. The majority of the people that shop in these kinda places are looking for clothes that are in fashion anyway, not stuff that went out ages ago.

Try somewhere that is completely 'un-trendy' and never sells anything fashionable like Marks & Sparks, or places that Dads shop :p
