It's fair enough to be a bit glum about that but think about how many people have problems in life on a much grander scale.

Our everyday problems are small potatoes compared to other peoples. When I realise that I have my health, a family and roof to sleep under I realise how stupid I'm being getting upset or angry over small things.

Also, listening to a bit of Bob Marley always does the trick for me

i always thought only guys find the difficult truth hard to handle.........its pretty shitty huh??? i was knocked back so hard i gave up drink for the guts of a year and suffered savage depression......and i still fancy her to bits! i deleted her number last tuesday cause i am so afraid i will text her and get rejected....again. no cure except to try and understand there are more people out there.:(

I have taken on this attitude of 'everything will turn out for the best eventually, everything happens for a reason'. Ok yes it's basically me finding an excuse to do sod all about anything and for me to be completely naive to the ways of the world. But maybe it wasn't meant to be, maybe you would've got together and argued loads, be really miserable and end up broken hearted, upset and generally feeling a lot worse than you do now.

I just saw that your birthday is the day after mine. Irrelevant, but I felt like pointing it out lol.
