the swiss are expected to announce next week the total legalisation of the weed. growing, posessing, smoking in public and even buying and selling without licience!
their research has taken 30yrs and all the latest info from the U.N and the W.H.O.
the spokesman for parliament said it would be criminal to behave any other way toward the people who wish to use cannabis for whatever purposes they see fit.
the united nations released figures today ...an estimated one hundred and seventy million people use cannabis on a daily basis througout the world with no ill effects! maybe half a billion use it occasionaly.

By the way hasn't Portugal already decriminalised ALL drugs?

there are so many outdated but very technical treaties most of the western world are signed up to that make full legalisation almost impossible that ,the way i understand it, portugal has NOT legalised it as such, more like said 'oh fuck it, get on with it' their attitude seems to be that they are no longer throwing money and manpower at something that is impossible to beat. the swiss, as usual are not signed up to such nonsense so will find it very easy to do. great news though. it makes it very difficult for the blind beggar in the home office to make more dumb statements as he did last week saying that people arrested with cannabis should loose their council houses!
canada are trying to legalise as well but the USA have threatened them with trade embargoes if they go ahead.
the USA is now the worlds largest producer of ilegal cannabis!
