Outlook Express reset

My Outlook Express used to be connected to the address I have. Normally, when I install OE for the first time from the CD it is connected to my address automatically, but since my laptop has gone of for repairs it came pre-installed. Now a wizard comes up asking me the e-mail address and IP adresses. I can do the e-mail bit, but how am I meant to fill in the rest of it?
It won'tlet me continue unless I fill in a bar that says:
Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server:
then a blank bar to fill in
and a bar that says:
An SMTP server is the server that is used for your outgoing e-mail.
Outgoing mail (SMTP) server:
then a blank bar to fill in

Can anyone help me with this, I don't know what I am supposed to be putting into the bars.

What mail provider are you with? Have a look on their page on how to setup OE with there settings.

    Incoming (POP3) Mail Server mail.YOUR-MAILSERVER.net
    Outgoing (SMTP) Mail Server smtp.YOUR-MAILSERVER.net

    E.G: mail.hotmail.com
    stmp.hotmail.com

    Leave IMAP and HTTP blank.
