Eyebrows

Former MemberFormer Member Posts: 1,876,323 The Mix Honorary Guru
My eyebrows are v bushy. This is not a problem but in the past couple of years they joined in the middle and now a couple of arseholes at school are saying things like "onebrow" etcetera.

Anyone else got a similar problem and how did you get rid of it?

P.S. I shaved it and the razor slipped and now i have one short one long:eek: :banghead: :impissed:

 Do we get a piccy? :)

I get my eyebrows waxed, but I'm guessing you aren't going for nicely shaped eyebrows, just a gap in the middle. So I would say shaving would be the best option...just be more careful next time lol.

I don't have any eyebrows :p Shave them off. Its easier to put foundation on that way. oops. you're male. Pluck them or have them waxed.

You shave your eyebrows off????? :eek2: To get rid of your eviiill monobrow, pluck them as it's accurate to see how much you want to take off.

Yup I shave off my eyebrows. Hair removal cream sucks,... and I'm not waxing them

I did it for charity, and then decided to keep them off. :)

I can't be bothered with plucking; takes too long, and never get them even. Waxing is so much quicker, easier and lasts longer.

sweetie - monobrows aren't really a huge issue - we have a guy in college who gets a LOT of female attention despite the bushy caterpillar that inhabits his lower forehead.

If you're really uncomfortable with it - try plucking (or if you're brave, waxing or threading)
If it's really a big psychological issue for you and you can afford the treatment, maybe you could even consider laser hair removal (although I personally think this is a tad drastic)

My eyebrows meet in the middle and are very bushy, but people don't notice, probably because i wear glasses, which obscure the view of my ugly face.

Don't shave 'em.. It'll make them look worse. My mates got a quality monobrow and he get's his plucked. Makes it look better in the middle.

What should you put on the skin around where you're plucking before you do it to avoid irritation or spots?

Pluck! I find guyz that wax just look gay..well if ya style it lol. What you shaving 'em for! They'll grow back quicker than with plucking!

Kids today. Back in my day we were worrying about how to hide a black eye and a few cuts to the forehead.

Just shave them, but carefully. My mate used to have this problem, and he plucks his now, and no one knows, no harm done :)
