Boredom

Former MemberFormer Member Posts: 1,876,323 The Mix Honorary Guru
Now schools over I have nothing to do. It's not like the summer holidays because I'm not going back to school. The only thing I can really do is look for a job...or sleep. Is anyone else now insanely bored with nothing to do noiw school/college is over?

Chaos. I got a job for you. Make your sig text smaller please. As your list grows so does the page length and load times.

    Please? :D

    Cheers. :)

I think I will need it though! It's a synoptic paper and I only had a teacher for a couple of months. I've had to teach myself pretty much everything and I need at least a C overall to get into Uni. :nervous:

I've still got one exam left. I still got myself a 'job' though, I help out at a primary school a few afternoons a week, keeps me occupied and I enjoy it. Downside is I don't get paid for it, so at the end of term I'll be job hunting like everyone else...

I'm also getting tons and tons and tons of paperwork to fill in for college. Sigh. Big fat A4 envelope came through the door this morning, all gotta be filled in for the 8th of July...:(

I have to work all summer so count yourself lucky. As for activities I suggest hanging out with your friends, sleeping in, and sunbathing. If all this fails to keep you occupied find a job. :D

I filled my original application form in months ago too, it was 3 or 4 pages, but now I'm getting all this administrative crap about confidential information and enrolment interviews, induction days, bla bla bla bla bla bla bla, I think it's because it's a 6th form college as opposed to a 6th form school type..thing. It's evil though lol.

I assume that was aimed at chaos, but I don't like to see a question go unanswered (unless it's a difficult one..), so I'll answer instead if that's ok.

Yes, I am going to college in September :)
