Has anyone ever done a distance learning course?

How did you find it?

Were the tutors strict?

I have just enrolled on two courses; The History of Withcraft (hey, gotta learn about my roots ;) ) and Creative Writing.

i did one before ... higher accounting and finance. it was while i was still at school though. my tutor was really helpful and quite approachable although he was nearly 300 miles away. he made it easy for me to get in touch with him and always replied to any queries i had (whether they were stupid or not)

good luck with it. i really enjoyed mine although i will never use the knowledge from it ever again :)

    Thanks for the reply.

I am really looking forward to it. The history course takes 10 weeks and the creative writing takes 30 weeks!
