I have to congradulate the producers in the UK, well fuck me sideways, they are releasing some BANGING hard house at the moment.
I think I'm seeing the move away from hard trance back toward hard house but in a much dirty form, things sound like they are going so much more industrial and grainy with a sprinkle of techno, my record buying has moved from Tidy Two to more Vicious Circle and Tidy Trax:
Paul Glazby / Hostile << tune of the moment, V.Circle
Abandon / Underground (OGR Mix) << more dirt and grain
BenKaye / Go Fuck Yourself << if you say so siiiir!
Ingo / 48 Hours << Go Tidy Trax No. 3

people have been saying this for years now!!! its just gone underground which makes it better and cos you dont follow it you dont know! i go to a hard house club or event every week or hardcore or trancore and it is alive and kicking hun, just cos you dont follow it doesnt mean its dying!!!!:p
fair enough happy hardcore is old and cheesy but the stuff kicking out now is amazing and I dont think any of these 3 sound 1 bit like each other:D
I wouldnt say that hard house or hardcore are dying though, hardcore will never die, ever.
I just think a lot of people want to move away from the flouncy trance that was about a while ago, you know bullet in a gun n' all that.
