Cockney-rhyming slang

Cockney-rhyming slang is funny! I used to know quite a bit, mainly thanks to the classic and incomparable Only Fools and Horses. But lately I've forgotten a lot of it. Who can add to the following to produce TheSite's definitive guide to Cockney-rhyming slang?

Ruby murry = curry
Apple and pears = stairs
Chocolate fudge = judge

Cor blimey! I did fancy a pigs It was Sunday morning, the trouble had taken the saucepans out, so I thought I’d nip down to the rubba for an hour. I washed my boat and had a quick dig in the grave. I cleaned my Hampsteads and put a comb through my Barnet. Next I put on a clean pair of almonds gave my daisies a quick polish, and put a fresh dickie on. It went well with my new whistle . That was it, ready. I ran down the apples, grabbed my nanny and titfer, and went for a ball o` chalk.
The currant bun was warm and as I went down the frog my plates started hurting. I couldn’t wait to get my arris on a seat and get a pint into my Derby. Mind you, I might have a bit of bother sitting down, my farmers have been playing up lately. Anyway, I finally get in the pub and a couple of my old chinas were at the bar. One of them put his hand in his sky, pulled out some rifle and got me a drink. “Bloody hell! Something pen and inks, who’s apple tarted?” I said. I thought someone must need to have a pony by the stench.
