Subway workers are being trained to "cut and run" - leaving panicked riders behind - if terrorists unleash a chemical attack, the transit union warned yesterday.
Isn't that too much? It struck me as so funny. My dad says it might have to do with New York City wanting to avoid lawsuits if something happens and a transit worker gets hurt.
