Atkins Diet

I'm on the Atkins diet and have no problem with the food. My problem is what to drink. I don't drink tea or coffee so when i am home i drink water which is fine. However i'm a student and go to the pub quite frequently and have no idea what i can drink! Can't have carbs or sugar. Any suggestions??

    i know someone who did that and they drank either gin or vodka with tonic

    diet coke has a very small amound of carbohydrate in it... 1g per 100ml i think...

    if you want an alcoholic drink, go for vodka and diet coke. dont drink alcopops because theyre full of added sugars (carbs). if you dont like diet coke, have orange juice or something because, even though it has carbs, the vitamins will do you good:)
