Ok any idea on how you get a good nights sleep.
I've decided to try & sleep on the sofa tonight so Chris can get a decent nights sleep!:o

Any tips?

Take the back cushions off to make it wider.

And yeah, be careful when you turn over!

i find sleeping on the floor more comfortable than a sofa. I just wrap up in a blanket or duvet qith a pillow or two and that's enough for me :)

Have the TV open. I swear to God, that it's the best way to fall asleep.
I can lay in my bed for hours, not being able to fall asleep.
I go into the living room with my duvet and pillow, turn on TV and right when the exciting part of whatever it is I am watching, I fall asleep.

Take the cushions off the sofa and lay them out on the floor and sleep on them :D

Unless your sofa is big enough for you to lie on comfortably.

    Use pillows and a duvet.

Sounds just like me! If I'm having some trouble with sleep I can turn the radio or tv on and keep the volume low and I'll be sleeping within minutes. :D

If you are having a problem sleeping take all electonic things out of the bedroom, banish the TV, computer ets...spray lavender on your pillow and go for a long long walk in the fresh air. take a bath and then read a book. Banish all negative thoughts, Do Yogic breathing (press the tip if your tongue onto the roof of your mouth and breathe deeply from the pit of your stomach exhaling with gusto while keeping your tongue in place).

sex. no masturbating ...to many fantasies filling your dirty little mind.
hot sweet milk. sip it while it is hot. don't quite boil. when you heat milk, a chemical substance which i have forgotten the name of, is formed which aids sleep. lie down and close your eyes within 15mins of finishing the milk. other than that get pissed and take relaxing drugs.

Yep, that's what I would do. Sofa's are just too uncomfortable, and just not big enough.

Sleep on the floor. I like to to do this one every month or so. It's good for my back.

Whoah, no way. That's so fucking painful. I did that once cos there was no where else to sleep cept a foot rest and omg, pain. Then I slept on the foot rest, my leg went numb, I stood up, and my ankle bent in a baaad angle and I went tumbling to the floor and nearly hit my head on the TV. :(

Eh?? A footrest on what? What kind of footrest? *lost*

I can also confirm that sleeping on the concrete floor in a freezing carpark is not much fun.

On flooor, with sleeping bag underneath and duvet as well is good.
I have a four seater sofa, so I fit on mine, with my 5'5" not being too tall!

Because everyone else was on the sofas I had the floor and the only other pssible thing to sleep on was this big sofa footrest thingy that was comfy and leathery and nice to sit on but not nice to sleep on. Then Id sleep on the floor and that felt worse. So Id go on the footrest. And I guess the angle I was lying on it made my foot go numb. WORST NIGHTS SLEEP EVER.
