I haven't been to church for... *counts on fingers* ...no, can't be bothered to work it out. Months and months though.

I'm not religious at all but lent's a useful time to try to exercise your will-power and also to diet :) like giving up chocolate, crisps, alcohol, snacking etc.

OK, I`m confused. If you`re not religious at all, why go to church at all? Weddings and funerals don`t count btw.

    Nope.

Even if you are religious, you're not meant to give up stuff. You're meant to do stuff that'll help people 'n' stuff :/

I'm not religious but I decided to stop eating pig at lent... mainly because it was a lighter blow on my mum than saying "Im not eating pigs ever again." Chicken isn't looking too great either though.... fuck I'm gonna die of starvation if I stop eating chicken :crazyeyes

If you don't count weddings, funerals, school end-of-term services (been to my last one ever now, yay:) ) and my family dragging me along occasionally at Christmas then no, I haven't been to church for years and years.

It can be quite cool, at least then you sing carols which I actually know, instead of hymns which I don't. I'm not too good at the prayers and the sermon but the atmosphere at Christmas is always all warm and friendly and celebratory :)
