Lorazepam

Former MemberFormer Member Posts: 1,876,323 The Mix Honorary Guru
I am seriously thinking of taking a tablet on Friday before my presentation. My dad takes them and he gave me 1 and said it might help with my anxiety.

Anyone used it for a similar purpose? What are your experiences?

Thanks.

i haven't actually been on them, but i have taken diazepam (which i'm pretty sure is similar) a couple of times (for extreme anxiety) and i found that even on a tiny dose they knocked me out and i felt and looked stoned.

    i'd be really careful.

maybe try a natural remedy. my cousin swears by 'kalms'.

I swear by 'Kalms' but if as you've said herbal type things aren't working you could try taking a pill to test how you react..hmm maybe that's bad advice.sorry i'm not very helpful.
