Dieting

HI,
Im not fat but I could do with losin some weight really. I do occasionally go to gym but Im in catered halls at uni and so the food I get here isnt that healthy.

I was just wonderin if there are any supplememnts, herbal stuff etc that I could take that would help me lose some weight.

    If there was such a "wonder" supplement, everyone would be slim. Unfortunately, to lose weight, you need to burn up more calories than you are taking in as food so that means eat less fat, less sugar etc and try and up your exercise regime.
