Hey chaps,
recently I've been doing a bit of working out, just at home with freeweights (well dumbells) crunches, sit ups, etc.
Its not like intense or heavy stuff but I'm beginning to seee some results, e.g. abdominal muscle, biceps.
However kindof weirdly my left side is developing/toning at a different pace to the right :eek2: ...mainly my pecs and upper abdominals. Is this to do with my training routine and inconsistency while doing reps, or more probably a genetic disposition?
Thanks
Oh also does anyone know any decent reps I can do with limited equiptment to increase the size of my pecs, and how long will it take to produce results?
