Depends - if you have a wheat allergy its bad...unless you eat rye bread that is.
Sope dieticians will tell you that anything with wheat is bad. You may also hear about complex carbohydrates being bad and that would include bread.

If you have a choice go wholemeal...it's better for you, less sugary and makes you shit.!

Mmmmm, bread! I wonder if the 24 hr shop has any French Sticks left at this hour? They have to make some of the tastiest bread I've ever had. :yum:
Tesco's have some nice bread from their own instore bakeries. My favourite is Apricot and Date bread. :yum:
Damn, I'm feeling hungry now, and need some buttered toast!

There's nothing worse than bread that's just starting to go stale.. it's soft, but it isn't quite as soft as it should be... yuck :yuck:

Bread is good, for without bread there would be no toast.

Bread is supposed to be good for you apparently it is a good idea to eat several pieces a day. I don't eat as much as I suppose I should do. I wouldn't reccomend eating mouldy, dirty, green tinged pieces of bread though you will make yourself ill!! and you don't want to do that.

I believe that is a common misunderstanding of the food pyramid which lumps bread in with other carbohydrates. Too much bread is bad for the stability of your blood sugar, and white bread has a high glycaemic index full stop.

Try brown bread or that whole white stuff. It's less "claggy"

Tried both of them and still dn't like. Only bread I'll eat is bread roll;s and thats only cos sandwiches are easier to pack for lunch than anything else and I'm a lazy bugger.
