Stomach Pains (Non Menstrual)

Former MemberFormer Member Posts: 1,876,323 The Mix Honorary Guru
Lately I've been getting strange aches in my stomach. It's not mentrually related or anything. But it's horrible aching, and it lasts for a few minutes and it has intervals of a few hours. It is usually accompanied with bad bloating, I can't pull my stomach in at all. Does anyone know what this could be?

For the past few weeks I've started on a diet and an exercise regime. I have been trying to tone my stomach, so maybe that has something to do with it.

If anyone could offer an explanation I would be very grateful!

I think you need to go and see a doctor and get yourself sorted out and that way you will feel much better and at ease or should do.:)

It's probably got something to do with your new diet - sounds like you might be retaining a lot of water or gas. Either way, doctor or dietician should be able to help.
