Truffle Shrooms

I found a site recently selling fresh Psilocybe (sp?) Mexicana mushrooms, but apparently they are 'truffle' mushrooms (I think they grow underground or something?). Has anyone ever tried/come across these, and any advice on how best to prepare them?

aren't truffles just an expensive mushroom that is used in fine dinning?
