really weir itching

for about 3 months now i've had this really odd sensation everytime i get hot or blush. i don't nescessarily need to break out in a sweat but it's a similar feeling and a get really itchy around my scalp, chest, stomach and shoulders :eek2:

it's a really uncomfortable feeling but not exactly somethin you would go to the doctors over, does anyone have any ideas what could cause it?

Sounds like heat rash/prickly heat to me mate...

Not a lot of easy ways to get rid of it: wear cotton clothes, wash the affected areas with cold water, wear loose fitting stuff. I've found camoline lotion works quite well to get rid of it.

Its very irritating though
