Recently i have been thinking about doing this instead of uni, but my mum says not to because the qualifications are not as good...
Basically i was wondering if anybody had any information on it, is there different types of courses extra and what you get out at the end of it (qualifications extra, and which ones i would need to find decent work)
Also what do you need to get into a course as i have only recently considered it i did not take gcse food.....but i have one of the food hygiene certifcates - i doubt that counts for a lot though.
Any way any help would be muchly apprciated
